• Switcheroo instantly switches the current word with a different word as specified by you in an editable, easy-to-use table (included, with nearly 900 often-confused words, misused words, and contractions).
• Converters uses the versatile (and free) Pandoc program to convert Microsoft Word documents into other formats, such as ePub, LaTeX, Markdown, and Adobe InCopy markup language.

Editor’s ToolKit Plus is a Microsoft Word add-in, a comprehensive suite of editing tools that run inside Microsoft Word. Here's the list, in order of their appearance on Word’s ribbon interface:
• Editor’s ToolKit (without the “Plus”) is a collection of tools designed for detailed line editing, making it easy to work with revisions, formatting, navigation, documents, and text. Instantly transpose words, transpose characters, italicize words, properly capitalize and lowercase selections of words, and so on.
• FileCleaner cleans up common mechanical problems such as multiple spaces, multiple returns, straight quotation marks, misplaced punctuation, unnecessary formatting, and much, much more, with 83 options and thousands of possible combinations. Save your favorite combinations and later recall them instantly for use on the active document, all open documents, or all documents in a folder.
• NoteStripper turns Word’s embedded notes into regular text, or vice versa, and provides other tools for working with notes, including turning notes into parenthetical citations, or vice versa.
• ListFixer turns Word’s bulleted and numbered formatting into actual bullets and numbers, or vice versa.
• MegaReplacer finds and replaces multiple items (such as common misspellings) in multiple files, all at the same time. Keep your entries in an easy-to-use table, and find and replace using Word's Find options (such as “Match case,” “Find whole words only,” and “Use wildcards”) along with formatting, highlighting, and styles. Comes with a huge table of corrections (more than 400) to get you started.
• Puller pulls out your choice of parenthetical items, bracketed items, comments, revisions, citations, headings, index entries, and much more, and puts them into a new document for your review.
• WordCounter counts the number of words in the active document, all open documents, or all documents in a folder. It can also give you an alphabetical list of those words with a count of how often they appear. If you bill by the word, you'll find WordCounter indispensable.
• Switcheroo instantly switches the current word with a different word as specified by you in an editable, easy-to-use table (included, with nearly 900 often-confused words, misused words, and contractions).
• QuoteMe turns block quotations into regular text quotations, or vice versa, and adjusts internal quotation marks as needed.
• Converters convert Microsoft Word documents into other formats, such as ePub, LaTeX, Markdown, QuarkConverter, and InDesign.
• Projects saves all open Microsoft Word documents as a named project and later retrieves those documents automatically when you open the project.
• Research automatically looks up selected text in a variety of online reference works and presents a curated collection of other works, particularly style manuals, for easy access.
• MacroVault gives you an easy-to-use interface and custom keyboard shortcuts to run your own custom macros on the active document, all open documents, or all documents in a folder.
