Delete Unused Styles

This macro requires little explanation. It will delete most, if not all, author-supplied styles that are not used in a document. It helps clean up some of the style mess that occurs when multiple templates are used. It does not clean out all unused styles. Microsoft doesn't permit some styles to be removed, although there is no logic as to why some are kept.
